He took a short hiatus and spent some time performing in a rock band, but we are glad he came back to the HVAC trade because he is an extremely talented technician. Vince prides himself on the quality of his work and solving difficult wiring issues.

Install & Permitting Coordinator Margaret keeps our installs on track by managing permitting, financing, and scheduling—all while being a devoted mom to her young son. She brings professionalism, positivity, and a love for her sporty Honda to the Willco team.

Shop Manager Don is our sheet metal wizard—if you can dream up a piece of ductwork, he can build it. He runs Willco’s sheet metal shop and manages inventory, but he also loves getting out in the field to meet customers face-to-face.
